Hi Johnners

Thanks for replying back.

I had to laugh when I saw your reply, Im actually 36.

I know, I know, youre probably thinking you just got a licence etc. I had lessons in my 20s but I never had confidence to continue etc, so I left it!

So that info you gave me, excuse my ignorance, I didnt know. Feel silly now lol, like the colour of my hair, er blonde! lol

Well looks like I will have to walk into phinikoudes then 4 New Years! Hope the weather is ok on the night.

Cheers for the info.

Merry xmas

Hi Irene,

I know it's not the done thing to ask a lady her age but... The minimum age allowed by most hire companies is 25 and some need you to have held a full licence for 3 years.

I think it's a case of shopping around and perhaps go to the smaller hire companies in Larnaca to begin with. There are several companies in Limassol and Paphos who will deliver a car to you, so if they allow new drivers they may be an option.
