It is straight forward as mentioned by other responder, just need to sign transfer of ownership form which could be sent to you in uk , or maybe faxed, then new owner fills in their details on same form. Anyway i am looking for car , waht have you got for sale ?

As far as I remember, the copy of the form must also be properly notorised... In Cyprus, that would be done by a notary agent or local mukhtar, in UK your best bet is Cyprus embassy (High Commission of Cyprus in London) or maybe one of the consuls (not sure whether they have the competence though...). You don't actually need to be present in Cyprus to process the paperwork.

Hello I don't know what the situation is but I am selling two cars on behalf of someone who had to leave urgently and I was told by the office at the old port roundabout that I just had to have the form (T.O.M 9)signed for change of name/owner by the owner and a copy of his passport or ID if that helps you at all
