hi , do not let them get you down , because you then end up paying a agent to do it for you , be prepared to spend all morning there , be polite but perstitent , they will do it in the end , because some of us do not speak the language we are left to the end ? .

We queued for an hour and got no where. We even rang them first and they said yes just bring the form with the new engine information yet when we get there no one tells us anything. They gave us phone number which we rang and some guy said it cost 80 euros to inspect the car etc.

you have to go back to dept of transport , make appointment for car to be inspected , there will be a fee , try other staff perhaps you caught them on a bad day ? .
