All the blue cards will be "switched off", and you will lose Five,Fiver,Five Usa and Sky three(and a strong signal ITV). All the other free to air channels will still work without a card. All current subscription cards are being replaced by Sky, and some free to view(or freesat) cards, but you can buy new freesat cards from Freesat.

If you connect to the dish now you should be able to receive most of the free channels, depending on the exact size of your dish and which part of Cyprus you live.

If you want subscription channels you could contact sky and tell them you want to renew your contract and they could send you a new card(to the uk address or give them another address) and restart your account with them.

Think so, it is a blue one, last used in the UK in APril 2009 as we've not long moved here, our subscription has been cancelled though, will it still work?

1 and 2 = yes

Do you still have your old sky card, that should still work for now.

Whatever you do, don't phone Sky for advice!
