When we've taken back something that has broken they've taken it away and fixed. Haven't had replacement or money back. Sorry:(

Contact Cyprus Consumers Association in Nicosia, you an google them, they may be able to put a call into the shop?

ive lived here for 25 years and ive never ever known of any shop giving a cash refund.

The one in Limassol is down by the Old Port, on a corner on the town side of the sea-front road. They are very helpful.

In each town there is the equivalent of a Citizens Advice Bureau - go there and they will be able to help you.
