Not sure about the benefits here apart from there is a child benefit, and if they lose their jobs and have paid enough SI they can get 2/3 of salary for 6 months.
If they stop paying the rent and have young children, you cant have them thrown out.
Why are they moving?
Would it be worth taking them to court if they have no money anyway.

No guarantees either way. I rented for a year in July all legal documents signed. Tenant decide to go last week. I can either go to court or lick my wounds. lawyer wins .
