My Understanding is, you are not allowed to build on agr land unless its 4000m2 or more!!!

Hi there

Yes we have all the legal permits for the house and title deeds for the land which is 650m2. I was hoping somebody might know that planning permission wasn't needed for stables or kennels if it is was in the countryside in agricultural land. I'll have to have a visit to the planning office. Thanks

I assume you received all the required permits to build the house?

I suggest you visit the Town Planning Office and ask them about stables & kennels.

650 m2 - are you sure that is correct?

Regards,
