Hi

you have to bear in mind that :

a) the Government gets approx. 300-400 euros per company in advance.

b) there is a fee for time (processing the paperwork, administration/invoicing/collection, legal requirements such as client identification, basic consulting/communication) plus 15% VAT.

c) costs (courier/mail costs, telephone enquiries about the progress of the application)plus 15% VAT.

d) approx. 20% income taxes on the fee

Just to know what is the prices that you have found over the internet?

The prices appearing on the internet are specifically for persons outside Cyprus with no opportunity to know the real cost of forming a company in Cyprus.
