Hello Gemma,

Get back in touch with the office. The paperwork may be there waiting to be collected. It's not unusual for these to be processed and then sit there for months on end and nobody in the office thinks of contacting the applicant.

If the slip hasn't been processed then make an appointment to go to the office and see the supervisor/manager. It's also worth taking someone with you who is fluent in Greek, both spoken and written, to assist you (good for moral support too)

If the appointment is arranged and it's a few weeks away then I'd still ring the office, everyday if possible, you'll be surprised how quick things can be processed when the same person calls each day. This is a tactic that has worked for several people I know.
