If you move to another EU country that is in partnership with Cyprus ie UK you can transfer your funds to the state scheme of which you are resident.

Hi there,

If you leave Cyprus you are loosing the benefits of social insurance coverage. These money are not refundable, is insured you for the period of working and resisting in Cyprus, and covered you in case of sickness and unable work in case of unemployment and some other reasons and for getting a retirement funds based on years of working and amount calculation after completing 65 years of age.
If you leave you loose them. If you leave and you return back after years are still count as long as you have registered social insurance number and you continue from where you stop in case you will be employed again in the future.

I wish i gave you a general image
