I'm not sure - best to speak with an Estate Agent.

Can an estate agent be sent with my details to search and collect my title deeds? work has me tied down and I need the deeds urgently.

They may ask you to confirm who you are - best to take your passport or ID card.

Cheers,

Nigel

Sounds simple enough, thank you!

Do they just ask for your name and Id?

Hi Skevi,

You can get copies of your Title Deed from the District Land's Office - they only cost a few Euros. I got four copies of mine last year from the Limassol office, it only took me half an hour.

If your neighbour has their Deeds, you'll be able to get the approximate location from that (or your cadastral plan if you have it).

Your Community Office may also have plans that you can look through to get your reference details.

Cheers,
