Except your normal registering of the business, you will need a licence from the health department, which is the toughest licence to get. They will check the premises to make sure everything is made of stainless steele including work tops. You must have seperate stainless steele fridges for meat and vegetables, foot controled or electronic tap hand washbasin, double stainless steele sinks. The premises must be also tiled to a certain height all around. Better drop into your local Health Depatrtment and ask for a leaflet with detailed spec recuirements. Good luck.
