Hi slavedriver

It's German quark - Andechser Natur - green and white tub. They have other bio products too - goat milk etc.

I make my own. Just buy the cypriot yoghurt, put a clean dishtowel in a sieve and the yoghurt inside.
Close it with a plate, that suits inside the sieve and put a stone on it to press the plate on the yoghurt.
Leave it overnight, at least 8 hours. Next day you have a quark.
Besides that I use the 10% yogurt for cheesecakes etc. No problem.

I buy (organic) quark in Alpha MEga Limassol, but many supermarkets have it. Look in the organic yoghurt section.
