Hi, I have not had a problem with this but I only buy small amounts at a time although we have honey every day. I keep it in a stone pot with a lid which helps keep it from getting too warm in this hot weater and also keeps the ants away. Hope this helps. Dizzy Dame

honey naturally crystalizes over time, simply warm in panof warm water or microwave for 10-15 seconds

I don't keep mine in the fridge and I have bought the pouring honey but it is still solid. It is in the supermarket lovely and clear then once opened and the air gets in then it compleley changes. Sometime I have had to warm it in the microwave to soften it.

Thank you for your replies.

I'm having this same problem - don't want to attract ants so that's why I've been keeping it in the fridge!!

Don't put it in the fridge.
