Hi I live in a block of 8 apartments, all 2 bedrooms, with lift and we all pay 30each apartment per month. This covered all the expenses (electricity, water, small repairs, cleaning) and there is always money left that we keep in a communal fund (we've used this over the last year to plant trees at the front and to buy a big green dustbin). We have Seven Maintenance looking after our block and they are very good.

Usually depends on the square meters of your apartment.
The fees are calculated from that, so everybody pays a proportion.
Think this is standard practise in Cyprus.
