Check that the blades of the fan have not been bent or twisted.

If the blades are not inclined at the same angle then the fan will start to wobble at high speed. This is because there is less air pressure on one blade.

Use a stick held to the ceiling and slowly rotate the fan. Check each fan blade is at the same height by marking the stick.

You can compare the front and back edge of the blade to check the pitch is the same.
