It was only last week that I asked a small developer the same question . His reply was 950 euros for a simple house up to 1300 euros per square metre for something with arches and curved bays. Get a complete specification from the builder that covers EVERYTHING from the thickness of the concrete slabs , thickness of walls, type of doors , handles, tiles, provision for air con or full air con installed, provision for central heating, baths, showers sinks taps kitchen. Make sure you have all the permissions from the powers that be. Just look around your current house and make SURE that everything that you see in your home now is covered in the specification.

If it's NOT on the specification he will not include it . The developer I asked works out of Limassol,he may go to Paphos I don't know. De.

Hi,

The price depends entirely on the construction method used, this could be traditional concrete framed with brickwork infill, steel franed or timber framed.
