No it hasn't, we have left it on a working channel in the hope it might still come on.

It has been known for a card to deactivate if not in use for a while,usually 4 weeks, and needs to be receiving a sky signal for about 4 hours to come on again. I have seen this message before, since sky brought out these new white cards ,and seems to appear when a card is deactivated (probably a fault with sky software).

With these new whitecards reactivation might take longer and yours will start tomorrow,as long as you leave it on a working channel overnight. If not then you will have to call sky to refresh the signal.
