You could use an agent or advertise on here, and or the local newspapers.
Rents are dropping now as there are so many empty letts available.
Even the developers are beginning to try to rent out their unsold properties to try and bring some money in.

The rent will also depend on your location views amenities etc.
But as a rule of thumb you should be looking at getting 345-430 euros per month for a 2 bed apartment. Any more than this it may be empty for a long time.

If you want to use an agent they will take the first months rent as a finders fee.
I can give you the website link of an agent we have used in the past, but we only have experience in renting from, and not renting out.
