Thank you so much for your very kind comments & your support, Briand. We had a fantastic day, & were also accompanied by  the Aude Shantymen, who travelled many kilometres to be with us. We would like to thank all of our friends, partners & families for being there too ! All in all, a very positive experience.

What a wonderful day.   They had been chosen from a large number of entrants to compete in the Capstan and the Hauling the sails competion.  They put on a tremendous performance.   They were awarded the prize for the best entertainers in the show.  Well deserved by those who had put in so many hours of work beforehand.

The highlight to me was that  Chantimor sang superbly around the quay.   They just burst into song and you felt you were on a tall ship going round Cape Horn in a gale.  Great music to stamp your foot to and clap along with. Everyone of them sang with full gusto just as a shanty group should be.

Well done Chantimor.  We follow your website with interest to checkout your various performances.

So much talent!

Hi Chantishirl.

Sounds good!

Do you know if  there is Evening Entertainment  booked, for any of the bars?

Cheers,
