The only guaranteed events of that nature are at the Casinos, you have several in Morbihan, just google Casinos Bretagne and the list will come up.  Bear in mind that NYE is more important than Xmas in France.

Christmas tends to be a family affair...so not much going on re: entertainment/nights out.  New Years' eve usually,  buffet/dinner dances...but can be difficult to find details.  Ask around your local mairie offices...in many cases...an individual or club will hire the local salle de fete/arrange the catering/entertainment and then sell tickets to the public.  Some hotels arrange dinner and if you have a casino near by, as we do...always a great night, dinner/dance/entertainment.
