Hello i wondered if anyone could advise me how to report a theft? we purchased a house ( in need of total renovation) in 2018 and placed our touring caravan in the garden allowing us to stay onsite when visiting. we recently turned up to our property to find our caravan had been stolen. judging by the over grown grass ( still in tact) the caravan must have been removed some time ago . Hi... We currently use intasure for our house insurance and have done so since buying our house 10 years ago... We are not resident. Premiums seem to have gone up quite a bit recently, are there any recommendations or just a case of shopping around..... Many thanks ...

Hello...always find the site useful so thought I'd give it a go As a House Owner I would like to know how many days you are allowed to stay in France in any One Year Period. Am I correct in thinking that a single trip must not exceed 90 days? However I am not sure of the Annual Total. Are there any concessions if you are a Home owner & pay Taxe Habitation & Fonciere? Wouldbe very grateful fotr your input...

Hello I am selling a property in Brittany. It is my only owned house, I rent in the uk but I think I will still need to pay capital gains on the sale. Does anybody know if this is right and if so how much? I keep looking online and see anything from 19% - 36% and just wondered if anybody knew this for sure? Ever since I had the refuse bins, nobody has emptied them at all. The problem is I get bills for work that hasn't been done. After talking and writing to them to no avail, the bills still keep coming in. The question: Is there an equivalent of the citizens advice bureau in Morbihan, France? ...
