I t may be wise to take independent professional advice. It may be that this CSG fiasco may hit you as a French Pensioner on your worldwide remittances.  So for example you receive a minimal French Pension of a few sous a month but it is out weighed by CSG on rental received from the UK.  Everyone is different, so be prudent on this.

How many trimestres of pension you clock up depends on your turnover. If you click on Validation de trimestres there is a table that shows how much you need to have turned over to get a trimestre. Depending how long you've been on AE for you might want to start by working out whether it would be worth claiming.
