As above, expect a bill for the Declaration Préable in about 12 months. What you thought it was free?

Took a picture and stuck a piece of tracing paper over it and drew the windows on the tracing paper.

Similar to Dibbyspot, I used paintshop and just cut an area to coincide with the location of the Velux.

Hi , When we needed to do this I took the picture of the house and drew the windows in on the drawing using a typpex white correction market. Pretty low tech but within 2 weeks of submission were were given the go ahead. So must be OK wiht our Mairie at least.

As a tip be careful about going for the middle hinged Velux they can get blown by the wind and dump water on the floor. We selected the top hinged ones to avoide that minor issue. Besides that it my help to choose sizing which avoids cutting the roof corss supports - perlins?

Bon chance
