If you bought it with a UK Barclaycard you are covered under section 75 of the finance act etc etc.

Basically the credit card provider is jointly liable with the retailer for any claims- if the retailer doesn't want to know go straight to barclaycard to get your money back.

As long as the item cost more than £100 that is.

it says very clearly that all products are guaranteed for 6 months, I would print this off go back, you are entitled to a full refund , don't take no for an answer, stand your ground

Sorry but you went to a place that sells second hand products you bought something that did not work they offered to change it you declined so they gave you a credit note What is the problem?If you had gone to a place that sells new phones to begin with you would not have a problem;Cheap is dear my gran used to say

Calm down. Contact Barclaycard. They will sort it out.
