The usual proceedure is that at the end of the contract period you would be able to sell the euros back to the company but at the current exchange rate. If this is less than contract you loose, if more, you "may" gain. Essential you talk to your company who will explain their terms.

If you have bought a "forward" contract, that is to buy Euros at a certain date in the future at a pre-determined rate then you have a contract. It depends on what you agreed to in the contract. It is possible that you have bought an "option" if so you will have paid for the option and don't have to exercise it. But it all depends on the contact you signed

If you haven't had to pay for the euro's yet with sterling you should be able to cancel the deal.

But it depends on the company, your contract with them and the terms of the "fix"

Call or email the FX company is advisable-only they can tell you.

Do you have to pay for the Euros when you fix the rate? If you can fix a rate and pull out later it sounds a great deal. The FX company I use does not offer this facility but I would be interested to know which ones do.
