I allready look after a house in Mur for a friend in the UK its not rocket science and is actually nearly free just my diesel to go and see whats up .

Try ABC in LOUDEAC they have two excellent ladies who have helped me over 10 years and speak english. Ask for laurence or ghyslaine

I have a long term tenant on a 3 year lease. I am finding if difficult to oversee any problems from the UK.

Can we clarify please, Smudger - are you talking about a holiday rental (with changeover management required) - or a long-term let (when you will pay a fee to an agent for finding a tenant, but little use at anything after that)?

Why not ask your local Notaire, he can then also sort out a watertight agreement for you.
