The contribution towards training has been payable by most AEs for a couple of years, I thought everybody paid it, wasn't aware that it was a new thing for traders?

I would guess pay the CCI fees for whichever Chamber you have had to register with at the appropriate rate for your activity, so presumably if all you do is buy and resell then you would just pay the 'ventes' rate of 0,015% on your total turnover.

If you declare on line, it works it out automatically for you so you don't need to worry about getting it wrong.
