Yes, everybody has a local tax office. I know where mine is but I don't know where yours is cos I don't know where you live!

I assume you're in Brittany so if you click on your department, then look down the list and see which looks nearest to you. And click on it to see the address.

If  you're a private individual looking for advice on taxes, your tax office is generally the most reliable source, and being free it's definitely the cheapest. A lot of tax offices have an English speaker or two. Unlike HMRC, they have time to talk to you and they're very helpful.
