Agree with fruitrouge2, this is the recipe I use;

HOME MADE HOISIN SAUCE 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter 1 Tbsp Molasses or Honey 2 Tsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar 2 Tsp Sesame Oil 1 Tsp Chinese Hot Sauce 1 Garlic Clove Grated Black Pepper (good pinch)   Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and whisk well till blended.   You can adjust any of the ingredients according to personal preference.

If you can't find hoisin there are lots of recipes on the net and all the ingredients can be bought in the supermarkets here.

Have seen Oyster Sauce in all the larger supermarkets, but have never seen Hoisin Sauce in any of them.

Why don't you look on the websites of the supermarkets closest to you under Produits du Monde, that way you will know if they stock it or not.
