Van houten is proper cocoa no additives, a lot of the cheaper stuff is a drinking chocolate.

LeClerc have Nestle - you'll find it with the drinking chocolate. It's in a beige colored box with brown writing.

it's in all the supermarkets - look for "cacao en poudre"
