You can warm the gallettes in the oven, I put grated cheese on, place onto foil straight onto the oven shelf.

Fry your eggs and ham if using, once cooked place onto the gallettes......Enjoy

Hi, there are many ways to cook a gallette, the recipe i Was given by a breton friend is put a knob of butter in the pan, let it melt, then place in your gallette, crack an egg on the gallette and it will cook like a fried egg, if you like add cheese, salt and pepper and lastly a slice of ham, all in all takes about 7 minutes to cook, fold the gallette over and serve. I am sure you will be inundated with recipes, but this is one of my favourites

Bargee..we do  ours like this - heat the  lightly oiled pan - put in galette.

break the egg onto the galette and stir round (the egg is thus broken) add a slice of ham and some grated cheese fold over long enough for the cheese to start to melt.

alternatively add ot or exchange with whatever is to your taste such as mushroom, tomato cooked lardon etc

 enjoy
