I found some gelatine yesterday, in Intermarche with the baking ingredients. In Guemene they keep the powder and the sheets both by Vahine I think.

Same word in French  - Gelatine

Gelatine alimentaire...the one I use is made by Vahine....you can find it hanging on a hook by the vanilla and cake decorations.

This is the only gelatin I could find here, always used powder in Britain but the leaves ar much nicer to use. They are usually by the baking stuff in the supermarket. Just soak them in cold water until they soften, then wring them gently....ready to use.
