I recently bought liquid glucose at leclerc in pontivy, first time I have seen it, so grabbed it while I could. It was in the section with the cake baking bits. May be something they are going to be bringing to supermarkets, fingers crossed!

Pharmacy.   The one in Gourin has it in stock.  I think it must be in an enormous bottle and they decant it for you into a little one.  Very cheap.

Hi, if you are desperatee you can make your own liquid glucose quite easily

Just take 2 cups of sugar, 1/4 cup of water, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp. of baking soda. Add all of the ingredients to a sauce pan, cook for about 5 minutes and your glucose syrup is ready to use
