Butchers Sundries on Amazon uk  too !!! I buy premium pork sausage mix and wow they are good, just ordered 4 more packs ..... highly recomend ... I buy slightly in bulk to spread the postage costs ... enjoy Chris

I buy my skins from Super u and seasonings from Butchers-Sundries on amazon.

I haven't found any in France yet.

Hi. You may not find that in France as their sausages normally are very lightly seasoned with a little salt and pepper and are coursely ground with no binder. Traditionally the English used basmati rice as their binder for sausages but the First World War put paid to that and they looked for alternatives, hence breadcrumb and rusk. Sage, thyme, mace, salt and pepper are all good seasonings. You can really add what you want. Fry a little off to taste before stuffing your skins. Good luck.
