It could be that someof the medicines or treatments you are taking are not fully remboursable and they take the money later plus there is an extra charge of €1 non remboursable for what they call the preservation of the health system. Unless one can see your account with CPAM and your mutuel it is difficult to answer with any precision.

Hello Steve,

Just a thought - have you designated the doctor as your normal GP?  You have to fill in a form at your doctor choosing him as the doctor you will normally see, and this doctor will, if necessary, refer you to other specialists. If you haven't chosen (selected) a doctor, you might see on your reimbursement the phrase "hors parcours".  So basically you need to go back to your doctor and designate him as your "medecin traitant"..
