If you were a TVA-registered auto entrepreneur you would charge and claim back TVA. It wouldn't alter the fact that you would still declare your total turnover to URSSAF. Would be a bit crazy though IMHO.

Actually, you cannot claim anything at all back  under the AE scheme.

I imagine that you are not TVA registered, in which case no, you cannot claim back VAT.

Although in theory an auto entrepreneur/micro could register for TVA if they wanted to, in practice it wouldn't make any sense because it would negate most of the advantages of the scheme (ie the simplicity of the accounting, and the fact that you don't have to add TVA to your invoices).
