If you go through CESU, employers would normally pay minimum wage for both those things.

If the person is self employed, eg auto entrepreneur, they would charge more than the minimum wage hourly rate as they have to pay higher social security contributions (25 per cent) out of their hourly rate than an employee on CESU would. But it would probably still work out cheaper for the 'employer' because they wouldn't have employer contributions etc to pay on top of the wage.

I think national minimum wage is 9,61€/hour. I would expect to pay an auto entrepreneur betwen 12 and 15 euros an hour.

Hope this helps.
