That is all very well saying that demonhighwayman but the bottom line is SFR will not be interested and will continue to charge until they get the box back in the original packaging with the return label.

Farthing-Can you get a neighbour to return it?I think what you wanted was a facility where you can turn the facility on and off only Orange do this.Can you prove what you were told or has there been a misunderstanding because yes you can turn the box off but not in the way you wanted

Well it's SFR who have created the problem so i'd call them up and demand to talk to a supervisor. Explain to them its their fault your in this situation and propose a solution of leaving it with your local gendarmerie or notairs for SFR to collect.
