You can go to any carioloque you want to BUT you will not be re-imbursed if you go without a Dr's letter. You can ask your Dr for a recommendation or you can tell your Dr which one you want to see and he will write a letter with what your problem is etc as an introduction to that Specialist.

There is one in Dol de Bretagne that I know speaks a little English as I go to him but always speak in French but he tries with his English!!

You can only obtain a RDV with a Cardiologue via your Docteur & therefore the specialist who he/she advizes normally in conjunction to where you may be hospitalized in the future. Most educated speak some English but prefer not too, so you may have to take someone with you to tranlsate if you feel you cannot cope with questions & answers about yourself...not complicated.
