Thanks for your replies.

Have just tried the number listed for John Crisp in Silfiac, as that's really near to us, but it says number not available.

Anybody know if he is still around and do you have a contact number please?

Thanks

Did they not have the number of a bee keeper?  If you type in Bees in Brittany into google, there is a website of an English bee keeper. Maybe you could have a chat with him.  It is illegal to kill bees unless they are considered to pose a danger.  There are pest control people in your area - Jacques Poulain gets rid of hornets, maybe he could advise.  He has a 7 day a week service and is in the yellow pages, you can get his number off the yellow pages website.  Everyone is probably rushed off their feet, it's bee swarming time.  Good luck, I hope you get it sorted soon.
