By a life time of experience it is cheaper & much easier to find to buy just enough grazing & buy in the hay @ 1.50 €uros per 13kg bale.

Many thanks for the suggestions, including a couple of emails.

For any others who have a property to sell that would be of interest, please quote your price, location, details, and add a couple of photos.  I know it seems a lot to ask, but it helps to see whether your property would be of interest or not.

I have spent hours ploughing through various agents websites, mainly because of the lack of information, regarding land mainly.  My wife has 2 horses, and we require the minimum of 2Ha, to allow us to create the parks for grazing, and for making hay.

cant help you with more websites, but your best change will be more inland like plelauf, Lorient is going to be almost impossible to find this kind of property with that amount of land for that price.

I understand you like to be in Morbihan area, but northern morbihan will have the choice, as there are many farms with outbuildings and lots of land for sale. finding one with no work to do is another questions!

Many thanks for the suggestions so far; most af the agents suggested still do not allow searching for a proerty with enough land.  I have spent most of this afternoon looking through theses sites, and have found some possibles, but it takes hours.

www.immonot.com at least do allow searching with a minimum land surface area, so cutting down time.

I will look again at leboncoin again tomorrow

If your French is reasonable, or even if it isn't and you are quite brave, I would look on strong>leboncoin.fr   More and more people are using it to sell and buy property. As a buyer, you would save a tidy sum on agency fees. Good luck.

www.immobilier.notaires.fr it lacks the over pricing seen on other sites but  as ever purchase is always subject to negotiation.

We bought recently 4.5ha with 4 bed house and many outbuildings for a lot less than your budget but house needed renovation.
