I agree it is clean and very efficient but very costly to run.I does not seem to have benifited from the drop in oil and gas prices.

Don't do it. It is expensive to run. We used Vitogaz as it was already installed. When we moved the new owners didn't want it and we had to pay 2000 Euros to have the tank removed. It was in the 4 pages of small print of the contract and we missed it but then we porbably would have signed it anyway as we needed to heat the house

I second the comment on the cost.  I rarely use my gas central heating  Wood is cheaper.

we had it...in fainess the house was very large and it was enormously expensive to run...could hardly afford to put it on.

Unless your property is smallish  I would suggest you investigte other methods before finally deciding.

I think your best bet would be to contact gaz companies as they would give you a Devis on how many rooms/bathrooms  you have to heat / radiators or underfloor heating, price would have a bearing. 

They as I am aware would supply the tank above or below ground,

Primagaz comes to mind but there are other suppliers.
