Seems that is the only solution!! To wait 3 days (and you know it's going to be much more) is ridiculous. Will have to do that reluctantly !!! Another Aaaagh !!!

Have just had a problem with Orange, they asked me to change my password, which I did, put it in the 2nd time, abviously correctly as it allowed it, was directed to sign in using the new password, was told on trying (several times) that it's incorrect!!!!!!!!!! have now got to wait for a provisional password by post (I had to click on the "Password oublié" option in the end ) Aggghh!

We have a similar problem and cannot access 'Espace Client' because it asked for a password.  I cannot remember what it may be or, in fact, if we ever had one.  How do you contact them?
