I am still laughing. I realy never thought of that.

What I did think of was a little more risque.  After your comments I had visions of a man on the roof with a dentists type mirror on a long piece of string.  The rest I will leave to your imagination.

Sleep well.

John Rodney....  think about it....  you are trying to have a lie in...  but, oh no!  Sun at 5am and setting at 10pm.  I don't believe they make black-out blinds for solar tubes.

You can order them through builders merchants ,Leroy merlin sell them and they are available on the net ,I've seen them in lapayres catalogue but I cannot remember what the are called in French.

I got one from Jewsons some years ago. Circular in shape but can't remember the make.

I agree that they make a tremendous difference.

Try google.fr  Fakro Conduit de lumiere.

Fakro is another make and where we have used them I have found them better than Velux not least because they come with a longer tube.

There is such a thing in UK , called a "Sun Tunnel" made by Velux!

Look at http://www.velux.co.uk/products/sun-tunnels, you can buy these on Ebay (look for Velux sun tunnel). They should be available in France also, but you will probable have to ask Velux direct to find dealers
