HI

Here in 56 we have had no problems with box, but something horrible has happened to the fuchia's, the flowers curl up into a ball & just stay like that, no flowering at all........what can the cure be?

regards

john

I hate to risk my reputation by disputing what monty says,so will look forward to hearing what he has to say on the progress of his plants !!

I think that there is hope with the blight, though with the little crawly fellows I do not think that there is much hope if they attack.

I hope that you all manage to avoid both problems.

Monty Don on Gardeners World had a problem with blight on his box hedges so he took a chain saw and really cut them down to near the base cutting out all of the blight?

Just heard and watched him do this after he said he had had a great problem with blight in his box hedging!!

I haven't had a problem with mine.

Yes our box has been decimated by blight so we are now using yew or winter box instead.
