I assume that by Reciprocal Link they mean they want you to put a link from your website to their website?  So as HarleyRider suggests, you need to find out exactly what it is they're expecting - just their website address, or something more? If they want more than just their address, they should send you the text they want you to add, along with any photos etc. However, assuming it's just their website address, you need to decide where to put it, and then type it in on the relevant page on your own website. You'll obviously have to log into your own site and find the Admin section so you can Edit the page or whatever. If you pay someone else to do your website for you, just tell them what you want them to stick where, so to speak ;).

Somewhere on your website, just add the URL (e.g http://  or https://).   I'm assuming you have access to the code which operates your website through an administrative portal?   The company should provide you with any graphics they require you to put on your website.
