Who to contact at Orange to report a faulty line?

Thanks Watty.  I'm not sure that would help here to be honest, as we use an Orange Domino for our internet connection, so it's not accessing the phone line.  Good idea though :)

I had a noisy/crackly line when my computer was switched on.  A friend recommended plugging in a 'microfilter' to the telephone socket into which the telephone is then plugged.  This solved the problem.

Thanks Virago, the english number might be useful. I can cope with lots of things in French, but I do have problems on the phone (especially when it's crackling!). I did log into our account on line but wasnt allowed to email for a faulty phone, only to phone them... what logic! At least it might be easier in English :)
