http://www.woodburningstovesandcookers.com/

The website link comes up as  inaccessible  which doesn't sound good.

Does anyone have a specific recommendation for a woodburner installer  ( French or English either is fine provided fully registered / legal etc )    not far from GOURIN  ?

Unfortunately calling into the shop isn't an option, we are in the UK and have a holiday home.  I have been to the shop and met the owners who quoted to install our own woodburner for us, they have even surveyed the job but getting hold of anyone now seems impossible.  I am aware that one of the owners, Kevin, broke his hand recently so this may be the reason.  So now I am looking for someone else to install for us who is insured to do so.

The shop is still in Josselin and I believe TK Constuction is a relation may be worth giving the shop a ring or call in there
