Thanks for that. They are healthy at the moment so no symptom but want to keep them that way. The link is useful as I can at least know the names of the problems or print out the page to get the assistants to help. Much appreciated.

Illnesses and parasites and prevention here - http://www.animalis.com/dossier/115-basse-cour

If you identify the problem(s) in french and ask in the garden centre, farm shop, etc.  they will help you with solutions.

Hey thanks for the reply. My French isn't great (still learning) and I've seen products in the shops but never quite sure what they're all for. I just wondered if anyone knew what the French call the product, not the brand name, so I know what I'm buying. Once I have it I can google translate the instructions. Want to make sure they are kept healthy and not suffering needlessly. They look healthy enough now but want to keep them that way.

Lots of information here - http://www.poultryclub.org/poultry/health-and-diseases/

Products to treat and prevent parasites are available in farm supply shops and also places like Gamm Vert, Point Vert, Espace Emeraude, etc.
